About:Baggage Allowance for Chinese Domestic Flights

I am flying China Eastern Xi'an to Shanghai and then changing airlines to Hainan.

Having trouble deciphering if I follow domestic or international luggage rules from Xi'an to Shanghai. Any ideas?

Xi'an -> Shanghai is definitely a domestic flight. You should follow the domestic luggage rules.
