What's the best way to travel from Taoyuan Airport to Fengchia Night Market?

a) Public bus. how long it take. and how?
b) If by High speed train, how long it take, and How?

a). Take bus line 1860 from T1 or T2 to Tai Chung Station (about 2 hours). Upon arrival, take bus line 125 to Feng Chia University, and you can find it.

b). Take shuttle bus to THSR Taoyuan Station from T1 or T2 (about 25 minutes). Then, take a train to Taichung (about 35 minutes). Afterwards, take bus line 160 to Feng Chai University, and you can find it.

The second mode of transport saves time. You can choose the way as you like. :)
