Mohammad, did you find a job in PRC? If yes, your employer will get you the alien employment permit and invitation letter of a duly authorized unit.
And then you can prepare all the required documents: alien employment permit and invitation letter of a duly authorized unit, your passport and its photocopy, the application form, and a passport-style photo. Finally, hand in the application to the CVASC to apply for the work Z type.0
