I am over stay and i am planing to go homeon december i am 56 years old can i be detain in jail

and is their any amount i wil lpay

Gina, if you don't pay the fines, it's possible that you will be detained in a jail. The fine is CNY 500 for a day and the total ammount should not be over 10,000.
