Can i write in multiple entries for 10 years or just check one entry/3mos if tourist from usa

If i have only one trip planned but i may go again in future do L type in intended number of entries: multuple entries valid for 10 years?

Chris, you can write you want to apply for 10-year multiple-entry tourist L type on the application form.
