About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Is there a fee for the 72 hours transit visa?

I am a US passport holder and I am planning to fly into Beijing from India. My flight arrives at 3:15 pm on a thursday and leaves at 7:30pm on Sunday. Will i be eligible for the 72 hours free transit?

Susan, if you will fly to a third country or region after staying in Beijing, you are eligible for the 72 hour free transit in Beijing and it is free of charge.
