About:Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport

Will be traveling via Guangzhou in September.

Having 9 hours of transit time i just want to get a glimpse of the canton tower. How to reach the Canton Tower from the airport?
How much it will cost me in a bus /taxi?
Are the signs in the airport are bilingual?
I am an holder of indian passport though living in New Zealand, will i be eligible for 24 Hours visa free transit?

You are eligible to the 24h visa-free policy. Upon landing, just apply for a stay permit, and you can leave the airport. The signs inside the airport are bilingual, so it is very convenient for you.
From CAN to Canton Tower, take bus line 6 to the terminus: New Pearl River Hotel for CNY20. Then, take a taxi to the hotel for CNY 10-15.
If by taxi, the fare may be CNY 120-130 (about 50 minutes).

Or, you can take metro line 3 to Canton Tower from CAN directly. The trip takes about 50 minutes, and the fare is CNY 8.
