About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

What should i do visa for transit?

I am staying in Bangkok. My plan,I will go to travel in japan by china eastern airline and transit at Beijing airport. Return trip to Bangkok and transit at Nanjing.
I have a question? What should i do?
Time to transit around 2.30 Hours.
