About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Do I qualify for for free transit

We are cruising from Japan to Shanghai, arrive on Thursday 29th September 7am and fly out on Sunday 2nd October at 0005, back to UK. Do we qualify for free transit? Thanks
