About:Ningbo Travel

Hi, I have a connecting flight in Ningbo arriving late at night and departing in the early morning.

First thing I wanted to know is if the 72-hour free visa policy applies also in the city?

My flight is landing at 22:50, so in case that I can get the transit visa, will I still be able to get to the city downtown by public transportation or might just as well stay in the airport hotel. I guess my third alternative would be to sleep at the international terminal.

Thanks in advance!

Hello, the 72h visa-free policy doesn't apply to the city, but you can apply for the 144h visa-free transit if you will stay for several days, or directly apply for a transit visa in advance. The shuttle buses to downtown will still be in operation upon your arrival. They actually won't stop service until the arrival of the last flight. Take it easy!
