About:China Visa

I'm a hepatitis b carrier. Can I get "resident permit" to study Ph.d

I'm a hepatitis b carrier but my liver function is normal.
Can I get "resident permit" to study Ph.d. in China.
I'm very serious about this ploblem.

Joy, it's possible that you can still get the residence permit as China does not explicitly points out that foriegn students with hepatitis B cannot study there.
