About:Kunming Airport

Do I have to check-in luggege in Kunming Changshui Airport?

I will go to Beijing from Kolkata India via KM Airport, In the airport, do I have to clear customs and do the checkin luggage process again or this is one time during my boarding from Kolkata though I have to change flight in Beijing?
