My dob is 13 jan 1969 (female) and his dob is 5 Feb 1963 (male)

Please advice if we compatible and is there any future, long term relationship?

To be honest, you two may not be very compatible. The different personalities and attitude towards life may bring about many conflicts. But, if both of you can be more tolerant and know when to make a concession, this relationship can still work well.
