About:Year of the Pig

Born in 1969, 10 April. I want to know my career progression.

And whether I will stay in this job till my retirement or should I change company or do something different?
My mental health has not been good, when can I improve ?
Will my family life get better?

It is really hard to predict whether this is going to be your last job or not. But if you feel happy doing your this job. It should be the appropriate work for you at present.
It is advised you spend some time with your family to communicate. Taking some excursion can benefit both your mental health and family relationship.
