Yes, you can take bus line 23 from Ngong Ping Station to Tung Chung Fire Station. Then, change to bus line E21 to Mong Kok Police Station, Nathan Road Station. The fare totals about HKD 31 per person. And the trip takes about 2 hours. :)2
