How much cost of OFW working visa/blue card in Macao valid for 2 years?

Because my cousin who work in Macau told me it cost 150,000 is it true?
She ask a agency there in Macau.
Working visa is already ready even you don't have work yet but you will pay 150,000?
Is it legit do you think.
