Rome-Beijing-Korea

I'm a Philippine passport holder. Will arrive in Beijing at 1PM and flight to Korea is next day at 11AM.
I don't need to apply for tourist visa, right?
And i can go around Beijing after getting the permit at immigration. Layover is less than 24 hours.
Just want to clarify and make sure i won't be denied in Beijing. Thanks!
