What will be the best economy trasport from HKIA to Silka West Kowloon HongKong?

The hotel address is 48 Anchor St, Tai Kok Tsui, HK.

You are advised to take bus no.E21 at Airport (Ground Transportation Centre), and get off at Ming Kei College, Cherry Street. The whole way takes around 75 mins. And the ticket fare is 14 HKD per person. After that, walk northwest around 280 yards (250 meters) to find the destination.
