Malaysian apply China Visa at Shenzhen custom immediate

I am Malaysian. I am planing to visit Futian for 2 days in coming July 2016. Please check can I apply China entry permit upon arrived in Shenzhen custom.

Can I Please check how much of the fee for the VOA and it will take how long for the process VOA?
