Is it possible to take a boat cruise down or up one of the Rivers from Mianyang?

Is the city situated on the Yangtse River?

The city is situated by Jialing River, a tributary of the Yangtze River. You can take a cruise on the Sanjiang Lake from Sanjiang Lake Wharf on the eastern section of North Binjiang Road. :)
