how i get china visa to study in shanghai?

I am Mr. Souliphet LAOLOUTENG, From Houaphanh Province, I will go to master study in China. I received inform from Shanghai Ocean University that they decided and gave me scholarship to study Chinese language from September 216 to July 2017 and study major 2017 to 2020 in Shanghai Ocean University. what document should I prepare for my entry permit apply please? Now I have Admission Notice and Application for Study in PRC (JW201), Foreigner Physical Examination form and Passport. ThanksBest Regards,From: 邓苏立温Xamneua, Houaphanh

You need to prepare those documents: a completed application form attached with a half-length color photo, your passport and copy of its data page, the admission notice from the school and JW form. The physical examination report may not be needed. Afterwards, hand in the application to the embassy of PRC to apply for the student X type.
