About:China Business Visa

Business Visa required

Dear Sir,
I am Wassaaff Nasir and looking forward to visit some of the companies for securing business deal and to establish new working relation and representation in Pakistan as local distributors.

Can you pls assist what documents are required for this and which type is required and how to apply.

Wassaaff, the required documents include your passport and its copy, the application form, a passport-style photo, an invitation letter from a duly authorized unit, an invitation from your business partner, a guarantee letter from your company and copy of its business license, recent 6-month bank statement, and round trip air tickets, as well as hotel booking record.
Next, submit the documents to the embassy of PRC to apply for the business M type.

What do you mean by Business license ? In Pakistan, we have provided a document which is issued by Tax department containing all information such as our taxation numbers and nature of business.

What is the difference between invitation letter from a duly authorized unit and invitation letter from Business partner

While applying in UK and European entry permit, we get simple Invitation letter from manufacturing companies who also copy same invitation letter to concerning Embassy to complete the process.

Further more, I am not able to track the fee as I have been told that there is no fee for Pakistan national applying for business M type Looking forward to your guidance

Dear, actually, the documents issued by the tax department can be used to replace the business license which is used to prove the existence of your company.
Invitation letter from a duly authorized unit is issued by a government unit in PRC and your business partner can get it for you. As for the other invitation, your business partner can write it by themselves.
Pakistan passport holders don’t need to pay the fee for the business M type. It is free of charge.
