About:China Customs Declaration

If you're only allowed 1.5Lt of wine into China (which is x2 bottles - 750ml each).

What is the tax on the x3 extra bottles of wine (2.250Lt extra - 750ml each)? How do they calculate the tax on the exceeding bottles of wine? Is there perhaps a "guide" or someone who can advise?
Thanks
Natalie

You should pay tax for the extra bottle of wine. The dutiable value of wine is CNY200 per bottle and the tax rate is 60%, which means you should pay the tax of CNY120 at the customs.
