About:Chinese Embassy in Djibouti

Geting VISA

Hi
Am Somalian Student And I Have A Somali Passport And I Apply A University In China Then They Accept Me From The Request And I Have The Admission Letter And Application For Study In PRC Letter Can I Come Djibouti For The entry permit ?
