Jones, the real reason can only be found by yourself. Is the assignments too difficult for you to handle? Is there problem in getting along with colleagues? Find out the reason and solve it. Your work should be back on track again.

Many Thanks to Vincent and Peter. It is true that i have been supporting the team and solving difficult issues. Due to the fact that i always try to help any colleague in trouble, i was always taken advantage of. Finally, i had to leave the job i most excelled. Recently i was approached to return as manager but due to the political situation, this did not finalised. My wife is what was described and is now supporting the family. What else can i do?
