Please kindly let me know which state in Nigeria Lagos or Abuja will I attend my interview and what documents/where will I do my authentication. Please help

You should apply for it at the consulate general of PRC in Lagos. The required documents include your passport and copy of its data page, the completed application form attached with a passport-style photo, the admission notice from the school, and the JW form as well as other documents the consular officer consider necessary.As far as I know, none of the above-mentioned documents need to be authenticated.
