About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

We arrive at Shanghai airport (PVG) on 30/3/16 from the UK (via Dubai).

We fly to Hong Kong from PVG on 2/4/16 and from Hong Kong fly back to the UK on 10/4/16.
We will be in Shanghai for about 65hrs.
Do we need any sort of visa and if so how and where do we get it.

Michael, if you travel like that and hold UK passport, you qualify for the free transit in Shanghai and no entry permit is required then.
