can a chinese lady send money by western union to a man in the USA and if so what bank there will do
A chinese lady is wanting to send me money and is being told she has to use a international bank, like Chase, to send money to me. I have checked western union but she says they told her NO at the banks there. We are planning on her coming here to live with me and probably marry while she is here. She wants to send me money until she gets her visa approved and can come to me. She says Chinese citizens can't send money by western union, can only receive. Also says chinese business can send money but not your average citizen. Please give a option to get this done. Have given her my bank account number to direct deposit into but says she can't do that because it is not a international bank but a local bank here. Please advise
