Advance booking for train tickets for foreign visitors from Guangzhou to Hangzhou

Hi.. I'm planning for a trip from Guangzhou to Hangzhou by normal ride and to depart from Guangzhou on 24 August 2016. Is this a peak period in China? What's the best way to buy tickets in advance to ensure the availability of 2 bottom bunks. Thanks.

Not the peak time but still busy and undre some influence of student's travel back school. For Aug 24th, they are already for sale and you can book them online here. But for 2 buttom bed, it is indeed not easy to get no matter how early you book them.
