About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Singapore - Shanghai - Hong Kong - Singapore all flights in same booking

Hi, would I be elegible for the 144 h visa free with a flight itinerary Singapore - Shanghai - Hong Kong - Singapore all in same booking where the Hong Kong is just a flight transfer of a few hours? I do hold a valid passport for the scheme.
