Does both are nearby? Can we mange time for both and which subway we have to take to reach these places from Courtyard Pudong Hotel?

Hi, the pedestrian street and river cruise are close to each other indeed. From the hotel, you can walk to Century Avenue metro station to take line 2 to People's Square or East NJ Road. Then walk to the street for fun. After that, walk 10-15min to the bund and find the Shiliupu Dock on East Zhongshan 2nd Road to take the cruise.

Is it possible to take maglave from airport to our hotel? Will it be possible to travel with luggage?

Yes, you can take maglev train from PVG to Longyang Road Station. Then, change to metro line 2 to People's Square Station, Exit 12. Walk south to the hotel. Yes, you can take your luggage onto the train. :)
