About:China Customs Declaration

I just bought tiny computer case in Hongkong, since it isnt available in my country.

When I bring it to China in packaged condition, must I declare or not? This item is for personal use, the price in Hong Kong is only HKD 250, if converted will be less than 250 CNY. And my country is in Indonesia, I can handle local customs in Indonesia

Generally, there should not be a problem when exiting CN. But you need to declare it when you get back to your country and pay the tax.
