About:Chinese Names

How do i write this name: Ong, Chee Boon when i am composing an e-mail?

Typically all American companies use their last name first followed by their first name. I do not want to offend my customer using his name incorrectly. so how would I use this name Ong, Chee Boon ?

Ong should be the family name. You can call Mr. /Ms. Ong.
