what is the requirement of "RED SEAL"

I hope to visit china for purchase hard ware materials for our company. to take the VISA, what is the requirement of "RED SEAL"

I guess you mean the invitation letter from duly authorized unit when speaking of "Red Seal", right? If yes, you should ask your supplier in China to get it from the Chamber of Commerce or the local Foreign Affairs Office.
