Johnmark, you should first find a school in PRC to enroll you, and then you can apply for a student X type to enter and study in PRC. The required documents include your passport and copy of its data page, the completed application form attached with a passport-style photo, the admission notice and the JW form from the school. After, go to the embassy of PRC between 15:00 and 17:00 every Tuesday or Thursday to submit the application. You can find an agency to help you, but you need to find one by yourself.
