About:China Customs Declaration

Taking supplements /vitamins with son to China to help with cancer treatment in a hospital there

Do I need to declare these at customs?

You can take them into CN. But the total value should not be over CNY2,000. Or, you may need to declare them at the customs and pay the tax at a rate of 10%.
