visa for china for star cruise

Question

My family of Six person are travelling to hong kong. From there will take ferry to nansha(china) and have star cruise for 6d/5n, and will return to Nansha by star cruise and then ferry back to hong kong.I am indian passport holder, passport issued in patna Bihar.Please tell me can I submit the application by courier to kolkata office or I need travel agent to submit my application.If i can submit by courier then please provide address, where the documents can be couriered. Please help.Waiting for assistance

Astha, you should apply for it at the CVASC in Kolkata. But you cannot mail your application there. You should submit it by yourself or ask someone else to do it for you.
