About:Hong Kong Visa Application

Expedite the process - Trip on 8 July

I have sent my applications by fax and email on 8 June 2016
Received by the Immigration Department as mail post
I got a reply on 23 Jun that a document is needed (showing my Date of Birth)
I have sent the requested document on 26 Jun
On 27 Jun I have sent the bank draft DHL Express (380 HKD fees for 2 applications)
Bank draft should be received by the Immigration Departement of HK on 29 Jun
Can you please advise on what's next? My Trip is planned on 8 July 2016
I can send a pickup request for the Entry Permit Label.
I need your support in my case. Please advise. As there is no time. I can provide you with my application reference numbers
I need to know If I will be getting the visa as the trip is on 8 July. How can I make it faster?
Please assist as communication is very difficult through the customer service call center and by email, it's taking time.

Hi, Iman, the application process usually takes four to six weeks and there is no way to expedite it. However, as you received a reply on 23 Jun, it indicates that the immigration department has begun to deal with your application at that time. You have to wait patiently or change your travel plan if you haven't get the entry permit in time.

I get the approval. But there was a spelling mistake in the bank draft :s

Now the only options is to send someone to pay the fees and collect the visa permit label.
I'm looking for a travel agency who can help.

Do you know an agency that can that do that for me
I send them authorization letter by email and money and they collect it.
