About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I'm from Barcelona travelling to Singapore, then Shanghai, but my flight back to Bcn goes through Sgp

Hello,
I'm from Barcelona and I travell next Sunday to Singapore, I stay there 2 days. On Wednesday I go to Shangai (stay there for less than 72 hours) but when I go back to Barcelona we do a stop of 1h in Singapore, so we fly back to the same country.

My flight back is on Friday:
- Shanghai - SIngapore 19:10-00:30
- Singapore - Barcelona: 1:30- 8:40
Do I need a visa in this case?

Blanca, based on what you mentioned above, you cannot enjoy the free transit in Shanghai because you will fly back to Singapore after you staying in Shanghai, even though it’s just a one-hour layover. You need to apply for a tourist L type for your trip beforehand.
