About:China Train

electric / battery wheel chair onabord

My wife is in an electric / battery operated wheel chair (mobility chair ).
Can the wheelchair go on the Bullet train from Shanghai to Beijing and is there tie downs to tie down chair to floor etc.

I think the normal foldable wheel chair is Ok to enter the carriage, but the electric one may not allowed. I heard that on some bullet rides, there are facilities set up for physical challenged travelers.
