You may go to Yuehai Hotel at No. 35, Shamian Street. It is near Exit D, Huangsha Metro Station, so you can easily find it. A standard room costs around CAD 100 (CNY 510) per night in usual time. You can book a room by dialing 86-020-81102388. Have a try!:)1
