About:Hangzhou Travel

Security period in hangzhou, china during G20 summit.

Hey i am khushbu , studying in wenzhou..
I have planned to visit HZ from 30-6-2016 to 3-7-2016
Will there be any problems visiting the city during the G20 summit? Are the foreigners not allowed? And also will there be any problems regarding staying in a hotel, like foreigners not getting rooms...?

Hello there. The G20 will be held during Sep. 4-5, so it is absolutely fine to visit in late Jun. to early Jul. And visting during the G20 summit is still doable. The enter and exit may be more stricted than usual, but foreigners will be allowed to get in. Hotels will be in great need and the price will go up. Therefore, if you really wanna travel then, book a hotel in advance and prepare all your documents in case.
