I am afraid no one is within walking distance. Relatively, I know the nearest one is at No. 375 Yuanshen Road Oudong District. There is no direct bus or subway to there. You may go west along the Xiuyan Road to take bus Zhoukang Line 9 to Dongfang Road Lancun Road, then take subway line 6 at the nearby Lancun Road subway station; get off at Yuanshen Stadium; use Exit 4 and walk north, you will see the mosque.
Or, you can take a direct taxi at a cost of CNY70.4
