recommendation route from chengdu to jiuzhaigou

Hi everyone,I going to chengdu for holiday on end of this year and this is my first time to Chengdu. During my stay in Chengdu, i wish to visit the valley as I hear the place is very relax and beautiful, however I had no clue which transport should I take to the valley. Train or plane? Thanks in advance

Currently, train doesn't lead to the valley yet. So plane and bus can be your choice:By bus: go to Xinnanmen Bus Station or Chadianzi Bus Station to take a direct long-distance bus to reach there. It takes 8-9 hours and costs 157-174RMB per person. By air: fly from Chengdu to Jiuhuang Airport within an hour. Then hire a taxi or take shuttle bus to the valley in 1.5h.
