Philippine passport apply visa to HK

Hi. I have a question please. My husband and I are married in HK..but sad to say his application for dependency has not been approved and now he's in the Philippines. He would like to visit me and would like to stay for more than 14 days. I heard he can apply entry permit for 3 months in China Embassy in Manila? Is it true?
What documents shall they require?

TIA

Antonette, if so, he can apply for a tourist entry permit to enter HK. But usually, the stay duration may be 30 days. I cannot assure that he can get stay duration of 3 months.
The first thing is to prepare the relevant materials containing the application form, a passport-style photo, copy of your passport, proof of his financial standing, flight itinerary, accommodation arrangement, and an invitation letter from you.
Next, you can submit the application to HK immigration department for him to apply for it.
