Is there any application form for PRC for people who live in Lebanon?

I Live in Beirut-Lebanon, and I need to check with you if there's an official website for China Embassy in Lebanon, so I can download the Visa application form. I've tried to call the Embassy in Beirut +961 1 850314 but no answer.
I'll appreciate it very much if you can help me.
