About:Guangzhou Metro Line 1

Li River (Guilin to Xingping)

I read that we can ride the boat at Guilin and get off at Xingping. After that, continue the journey to Yangshuo. Is it true? And how much does it costs for a journey of Li River?

As far as I know, there is no boat from Guilin and get off at Xingping. The cruise from Guilin is bound for Yangshuo directly. I think you mean the bamboo raft drift from Yangdi to Xingping. If yes, you will need to transfer from Guilin to Yangdi dock and take the boat to Xingping, then change to bus from Xingping to Yangshuo. The fare for this boat trip is CNY216 per person.

Yes, sure. You may experience the bamboo raft at Yulong River, which is also very popular and interesting. Actually, the price I mentioned is an official price. You can bargain with the boatman to get a lower price on the spot, maybe can be got at CNY100.

Yeah, I mean if I took bus from Guilin and get off at Yang Di, then ride the bamboo raft to Xingping. And fro Xingping, I took another bus to Yangshuo. Wow, it's quite pricey. Or should I just ride the bamboo raft at Yulong River?
