About:Chinese Embassy in Ukraine

Hello. I am an American living in Kyiv. I lived in China for 3 years and had a work visa there.

Now I want to visit in about 3 weeks. What kind of documents would I need

Matt, you go there for tourism purpose, right? If yes, you need to provide these documents: your passport and its photocopy, the filled-out application form affixed with a passport-style photo, your residence permit in Ukraine, and hotel booking record and two-way flight tickets.
