We're planning to have lunch at Ice Palace Restaurant and Ice Bar in Shangri-La Hotel. After that, we will visit Ice and Snow World (during its trial-run). What bus should we ride? Is Bus 118 already operating at that time even if there is still no official opening for the Ice and Snow World?
