change of residence permit

i have long term student visa in shanghai, i want to change school to different city, how to change my visa and residence permit if i move from shanghai to zhenghzhou without going back to home country?

Aamir, you should first get the admission letter and JW form from the school in Zhengzhou. After, you can go to the exit and entry administration of the local PSB in Zhengzhou and change the residence permit in your passport by providing the required materials: your passport, the application form, a half-length color photo, temporary residence registration form, the admission letter and JW form.
